i just recently gotten charged with credit card fraud and theft….i got charged with a felony and this is my first time getting in trouble his is my only thing on my record….will i able to get this expunged so that i will be able to get an passport after im done with my probation????

In maryland, you can get criminal charges expunged, but not criminal convictions. If you are covicted of a crime in Maryland, you have to ask for a pardon. I’m not sure about the passport issue. I would apply for one unless you are ordered not too.
