Emotional Support Animal and Pet — what about a pet deposit?

I currently own an emotional support animal, who has been prescribed by my health care provider. I am familiar enough with the laws to know that I am not to pay a pet deposit for my dog in an apartment.

However, I will be getting a second dog (who may or may not be task trained to be a service animal) and my finance will be getting a cat (definitely a pet).

Do we pay a pet deposit for the additional two animals? Would it be possible to work out a reduced deposit or some other arrangement? (ex: we pay for steam cleaning of carpets when we move out, as well as paying for damage)
