		<description>You should try to speak with your management about the situation and if your roommates do not uphold their end of the bargain then they are responsible for the rent as well.  That being said, the consequences of signing of one year lease is that you are legally obligated to pay rent every month for one year.  It doesnt matter that nothing is said about a consequence of early termination because that is not an option!</description>
