I am a single Mom with two kids, I live in Citrus Springs Florida. I rented a house in September 2007 with a 1 year lease. Now I have been notified by the Clerk of the Court that the house is in forclosure. Do I have to continue to make rent payments? I need at least a month to save for my next house. If I stop paying my rent, to put down on another house, will it go on my credit? Can the realtor that I rented the house through do anything to me?
