I am in search for a Delaware lawyer that handles automobile accidents outside of Wilmington, Delaware. I was recently involved in a car accident on 95N coming into Wilmington. I think the area is Newark, DE but not to sure. In any event, I was switching lanes when my car side swiped the another car. The driver of the car is claiming I came into his lane, while I’m positive we were switching lanes at the same time which resulted in the accident. Because the traffic was very slow there were no injuries involved but there is damage to both cars. I would like to be proactive and hire an attorney that specializes in auto accidents.
