i am sixteen years of age.
i was working at a small
warehouse for about three months.
this past friday i was taken in for
interrogation. apparrently they say i have caused losses to their company.
i feel as if i have been violated
for being accused of steeling.
never did i walk out of the store with anything unpaid for.
about two weeks ago, i took out trash that was given to me.among that trash were
to cases of grapes in which i ended up taking home with me.the grapes were trash,before throwing out, they were written up into a log that restores damaged merchandise.during the investigation i was willing to pay the price although like i said. those grapes had already been restored. my question now is do i have the right to file a lawsuit do to the fact that i am being false accused of other losses?
they said i would get called in a couple days to see if i would be back on the floors working. truth is, i feel an enormous emotional damage.
