I was recently charged with possession of marijuana in Seattle, Washington. I am looking for a lawyer that specializes in getting people off of drug charges. I have looked in the phone book and it is really hard to tell who are the best lawyers. Should I just start calling around or is there a place which I can look to find drug lawyers on the internet, in or around the Seattle area?

Happen to a good friend of mine and they used a site called lawyers.com. This is like a lawyer directory. Do a search in your area and you should be able to find several. They also have some sort of rating system as well. If all else fails just do a search on one of the search engines.
You can also look up your local bar association. There you should be able to find plenty of Drug lawyers in Seattle, WA. There should be several different bar associations around you. they have the state bar association and I’m sure the Seattle Bar Association as well. They should be able to either give you a referral or use their directory if they have one.

Take several of the lawyers and start calling around. You should be able to find a handful that can help you with this charge.
