Credit Card Use Without Approval

Can you sue someone for using your credit card without approval at three different pharmacy’s for more money than what they charged on it and also can you sue the pharmacy’s as well? This has been such a hassle for me. Was just wondering if I might be entitled to more?

It depends on who the individual is who used your credit card. If someone stole your identity, then definitely. If this individual is a family member and they have their own card, then no. If the family member used your card, then maybe. Suing the pharmacy will be difficult. More facts are needed. Consult with an attorney.

yes if this was a case of fraud then you have a right to being re-imbursed in addition to any fee, etc that you may have incurred because of it. In other words you have a right to be restored to the position you weer in before this happened.
I dont think you would be able to recover from the pharmacy.
