my sister is looking to file a lawsuit against me her lawyer is a lawyer of a fidicuary in a will I am a beneficiary in is this a conflict of interest?

I’m not sure I fully understand this question. A fiduciary of Will has a duty not to put his or her interest in front of the principal which means they must serve the principal and only the principal. To find out more about conflict of interest you should visit: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fiduciary_duty

I think this link will answer your question regarding conflict of interest regarding fiduciary.

My sister is looking to file a lawsuit against me. Her lawyer is a lawyer of a fidicuary in a will. I am a beneficiary in is this a conflict of interest?

Assuming I understood your question correctly (as I reworded it and set it out above), the question would be … Does your sister’s lawsuit against you have anything to do with the will? If your sister’s lawsuit has nothing to do with the will in question, there shouldn’t be any conflict.
