I am studying for an MBL in India and have a problem with an assignment question- no one has replied to my numerous queries at the distance learning dept! A bank garnishee is entitled, under Sec 153 of the Companies Act, to pay the depositors in easy instalments, however the depositors have demanded full payment of the amount at once. Can they do so.
Any assistance would be more than welcome.
