We signed a 5 years commercial lease. We had financing problems, and now we need to break the lease. Lease is only 2 weeks old, and we are not personally liable. Only the Inc, but still has no goods registered. We gave one month deposit and first month rent. what can we do??

How much is the lease? If it is high, you may want to get a lawyer that specializes in coporate real estate leases.
