Hello Is it possiable that a Northstar Location LLC co. can be fraudulent? They made me a settlement I was late on responding back and in that time a Lawyers office called my work they both had same acct.# collection agency made a deal with me when I finally contacted them paid and now they cant give me a confirmation they recieved my money gram..I have to e-mails and neither one go anywhere what do I do I made a deal with Lawyers office so they would not Garnish my wages P***** and frustrated.in Napa I just want my money back from collection agency its not even posted on my acct. per Research Capital services..Please lead me in a direction Thank You
