Is there a list I can find driving violations and points and license suspensions for Maryland?

I received a lot of points while younger on my driver’s record. Reckless driving, speeding, ran a red light etc…My question is, how long do these points stay on my record and is there anyway to get rid of them?

If someone gets say, convicted of reckless driving in a state they do not reside in and have a driver’s license in another state, do those points get transfered?
