Hi I’m 19 years old. I received a 1 year probation for a hit and run and have been serving it very well for the last 5 months till about 3 weeks ago which I got arrested for Public Intoxication. When i got arrested, I got released the next day. I just wanna know what will be the consequences for breaking the probation??? Will I go to jail??

What is the statue of limitations on driving without a license dui related?
and is this a summary or a misdemeanor offense?

I recently recieved a ticket in Flowood, MS and now they tell me I have 2 warrants for my arrest. I apparently had 2 tickets in 1991, for expired drivers licenses and expired tag, and they never got paid. But I have in the past gotten a ticket in this same city and nothing was ever said. I also have been cleared with MHP and have a good record. What can I do about this? Is there any kind of limitations on this?

My son’s, both Canadian citizens, while on holiday in Oregon each received speeding tickets. Once back home they received in the mail a notice to appear in court regarding these tickets, they did not go and deal with this matter. Later on in Sept. we will be traveling to Seattle for a family holiday, my question is will they be arrested at the border for not having appeared in court or having paid these tickets and if so how do we go about rectifying this matter before we go.

I have 1 OUI in 2008 and 1 DUI in 2009 and i was under age at that time.Also i got both charges in Arizona state. i serve 30 days in jail and currently my license is suspended so if i caught driving what would be the consequences and what penalties i will be facing. Please kindly explain me the law and penalties.

I ABOUT TEN YEARS AGO RECIEVED SOME ARIZONA TRAFFIC TICKETS.
THE TICKETS RESULTED IN MY LICENSE BIENG SUSPENDED. WHILE IN
WASHINGTON STATE I RECIEVED ANOTHER TICKET SOME YEARS LATER. SIX TO BE EXACT.
THE TICKETS WERE FOR MINOR ISSUES AND ALL THEY HAVE DONE IS FINE ME
OVER THE MATTER. ONE TICKET THOUGH DID NOT GO AWAY AND FOR
DRIVING WHILE ON SUSPENDED. I DID NOT GO TO COURT AND IT
IS A BENCH WARRANT THAT IS ENFORCABLE ONLY IN COWLITZ COUNTY
WASHINGTON. I HAVE SINCE TAKEN CARE OF ALL THE TICKETS IN
ARIZONA AND MY DRIVERS LICENSE IS GOOD THERE AND NO WARRANTS IN ARIZONA.
I AM MAKING PAYMENTS ON THE WASHINGTON STATE TICKETS AND ALL THAT IS HOLDING
ME UP IS THE ONE TICKET THATS IN COWLITZ COUNTY WASHINGTON AND THIS IS STILL
YET SUSPENDING MY LICENSE. WHAT I NEED TO KNOW IS HOW DO I GET THEM TO UNSUSPEND MY
LICENSE I COULD CARE LESS ABOUT THE WARRANTS. I HAVE THREE FROM THIS
COUNTY ALL FOR MINOR THINGS. ONE BIENG TRAFFIC. I HAVE NONE OTHER
ANYWHERE AND REALLY NO TICKETS AT ALL. I HAVE A CLEAN RECORD. I AM

THE JUDGE I CAN FAX A LETTER AND PROBOLY EVEN HAVE CALL ME AND

A VERY LAX TYPE COURT THE LAST TIME I HAVE DEALT WITH THEM. VERY EASY TO
INSTANTLY DEAL WITH. I AM STUCK WITH WHAT DO I NEED TO DO OR FILE A MOTION
TO QUASH SUSPENSION. WHAT TO DO WITH TICKET AND HOW TO GET JUDGE TO DROP
IT. I AM ALLREADY MAKING PAYMENTS ON A WASHINGTON TRAFFIC TICKET IN COWLITZ COUNTY.

i was in a car wreck back in 1995 the pendot says i have to pay for the phone pole the other car took out an i can’t get my license until then . how long can this go on?? my insurance didn’t pay for the pole .y??

Can you take a police officer to court if he pulled someone over for speeding…the person was then told their license was suspended and they were given 3 tickets and asked to call someone to pick them up. the driver had his 5 month old son in the backseat and it was 1:30am. the police officer got another call and told the person that he had to respond to that call but the driver still needed to wait…isn’t that abandonment? can he go to court for that?

My license is suspended, can i buy a car and register it before i get my license back?

Back in July 2007 I received a ticket for an expired inspection sticker and was required to go to court on a specific date. But when the time came a day before my court date I was admitted into the hospital and was diagnosed with lupus. While I was in the hospital my father called the court and told them that I could not make my court date because I as in the hospital. They told him that we could wait until I got out and take care of it then. When I got out I immediately took care of the situation by acquiring the new inspection, insurance info., and a letter of excuse from the hospital, and brought it all up to the courthouse. When we got to the courthouse they told me that since I did not make my court date I would now have to send in all of these documents and a letter explaining my situation to the judge that was presiding at the time. I did exactly that.I even mailed it certified with a returned receipt and all saying that the court had already received it. All were settled after that until now, 3 years later, I get a couple of letters from an attorneys office saying that I have to pay my fines or else I would be arrested, and then another threatening me saying that my DL may not be renewed. What should I do in this situation when dealing with the city court system?
