I live in Florida and moved out of my home two years ago, My spouse and I have a close relationship and still see each other and spend the night at either our house and my apartment. I also receive mail there and have many of my personal belongings there. My spouse says I own the home but have no legal rights as to who can come and go and who can live there since my moving out is considered abandonment of the home. Is this true?

my friend has been married for seven years and had 2 kids he is a cop and play im better then you card. she moved out of the house for her safty and he is starting to sells stuff and he wont let her in the house the house is under both there name. can he keep her out or does she have all the right to go in the house? does she get half of everything for beening married for only 7years. he has a rich mom and dad for lawyers and she cant afford one.

I Went to rehab for 90 days for heroin use. While i was in there my wife surved me with divorce papers. Now i am going through a visitation battle. I am clean now and want my son for regular visitation.I just want to know if this is possible due to my past before i go in there?

my ex wife and i purchased a home and car in oct 05,we split up in dec 05. the home was sold in may 06 there was a $36,000 profit we split $18,000 each but she was suppose to give have the mortgage for the months she didn’t live there witch comes out to $6300 also she let the car get repo that i co sighed for so its on my credit. also there is property taxes that she didn’t pay thats on my credit.medical bills from my insurance she got after she got pregnant buy someone else(on my credit). we’re also are supposed to alternate tax years for claiming our child, i get odd years she gets even years and i just found out that she claimed our child for 08 and 09 . i dont know where to start as far as going to court and i cant afford a lawyer. can anyone tell me if i have a case or is it to late.

My husband and I are separated and he wants to come get the furnishings out of our home. His step-dad is co-signer on my apartment lease, but I am making all the payments. I have asked them not to come into my home without me present, but they insist that they leagally can because he is co-signer. What can I do to keep them out? I have a restraining order against my husband.

We are doing research for my law class and we have to find out the if you marry someone who has a child from a previous relationship they become your stepchild. But if you get a divorce does that child remain your stepchild?
