We live in MN. I have an 18 year old daughter (she turned 18 on Dec 20, 2009). We just found out she is 30 weeks pregnant. Which means she got pregnant while she was 17 in Aug of 2009. The father of the baby is 30 years old, and would have been 29 at the time she became pregnant. He is on SSI for a disability, unknown for sure why, but I suspect a slight mental handicap. He lives with his mother and she says he is his own guardian but she controls his SSI and his money. I want to know if there is a case for statutory rape. My daughter would not agree with this and has taken all the blame on herself. What can I do? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
if convicted of sex abuse to non-immediate family, will I be able to see my own children
What is the statute of Limitation for a Rape, Assualt, Sodimy, & Hostage on a 15 year old girl?
Daughter was 12 when an aunt fondled her. My daughter says it happened many times and Aunt says only once. Daughter is now 28, Aunt has moved out of state, is it too late to press charges?
How do I go about building a sexual harassment case?
In Maryland’s sex offenders registry it states that “These registrants have been convicted of the following offenses…..that occurred on or after July 1, 1997(or before July 1, 1997,if in the custody or under the supervision of a “supervising authority” on October 1, 2001.” My question is does in custody or under supervision specifically refer to the sex offense or to any criminal offense?
I worked as a developmetal assistant at an adult dayhab in the state of massachusetts, I witnessed a client peform an act on another client and followed protocol and reported it,who is legally responsible far as I know no charges was made I reported it to Dpcc ;I got fired and this client takes no responsiblity for his actions due to his rights of being disabled however he does know right from wrong;but still protected and the dayhab is not held accountable!
a friend of mine was charged for attempted rape in washington state, but never prosecuted what time has to pass before the case is no more.thanking you in advance.

Can 2 sex offenders-one is a sexual predator– legally occupy the same residence in Illinois? They live in Grundy County if that matters.
Thank You!
I wanted to know if it is possible to sue my deceased brothers estate for years of sexual abuse, torture, psychological and physical abuse. That he inflicted on me until I turned 15.
His Will has not been settled yet,
