My husband has been served with a No contact order for violating a restraining order I was instructed to put into place, because I had filed for divorce. I tried to have the RO Removed but the judge wouldn’t allow it. My husband came over one day and I was in a very emotional state, he followed me in his car and scared me to a point I dial 911. I knew he wouldn’t hurt me but I didn’t want him following me anymore. The DA trumped up the charges to get a Plea from him. He agreed to the plea, and plead guilty to 2 counts of ROV. While in the hearing the judge asked if I wanted to say anything (I did want to) but the DA cut me off and said no for me. My husband was sentenced to 2 years Formal probation and a No Contact order was filed against him.
I never wanted any charges filed, now the family is facing a severe hardship without their dad and I want him to come home so we can reconcile. Is there anything we can do to remove the NCO?

Hello, we are in the process of appealing a restraining order that your 19 year old son had put on him by his then girlfriend (She is 19). They lived together for several months. When she got pregnant she ran home and said he basically raped her and forced her to have sex. They have many friends that side with Chris. We will be attending the procedure were you plead your case for why you should be granted an opportunity to appeal case. My question is what do I need to do in advance to prepare for this. We do have a lawyer, but I was seeking all the info I could acquire in advance. This Resigning Order was shoved through too fast with not prove given.

I had to place an order of protection against my ex after he refused to quit keeping tabs on me even after several months being broken up. Violating the order he has begged me to take it off even stating that its preventing him form finding employment and even having a date dragged out of his vehicle by officers and being searched after a routine traffic stop here in Arizona. Can I file a civil harassment restraining order against a 16 yr old girl that is accusing my 15 year old son of getting her pregnant? She says she went to New York (this part is true) and had the child and is now back. I have talked to the girl’s mother and she has said it is not true, she was never pregnant. But the girl continues to tell this lie to everyone at their school. My son has been very upset and unable to concentrate on his school work, as a result his grades are dropping. The girl’s mother seems unable to keep her daughter from making these false accusations, do I have any legal alternatives to make her stop?
