If someone is accused for agg robbery, kidnapping, gun. And missed court date for family death and could not come back to that country and two to three years later us sent to extradite…what happens? no witnesses, and partial print among hundreds of prints in party campus dorm. the trial has not occurred yet what should be done to hopefully end this without anymore jail time?

long story short, I live in cecil county md, ex lives in pa. I have physical custody of my 4 children, and we hadn’t seen or heard from ex in almost 8 years..he shows up at door, and takes my oldest son, (at the time he was 17 ) took him to his high school and signed him out of school (quit), then took him to sons g/f house and let him move in, all without permission…I talked to school, asked them how could he quit school w/o my permission or signature and they said his father signed for him even though I have physical custody, and his name in not on any paperwork at schools to pick up or drop off children??? They said because he was biological father he can sign him out to quit school? What good is physical custody if they let the ex do whatever he wants without my consent???? Thanks Kimberly

When my son was 3 months old, my husband packed up and left with my son. I tried to get him back through the courts but the state wouldn’t help because it was across states. I haven’t seen my son, in 6 years. Now, my “husband” is filing for child support from me. I was at work, I came home and they were gone. I tried to get my son back, right after the abduction, but the state wouldn’t help because my husband went back to his Indian reservation. I applied for divorce, he denied it. I decided to start living a normal life again after all the hurt. He took the child back for his mother to raise.

My brother married a woman and had a child all while living in my parents house under my parents support. My brother works full time and his wife watches the child. There is no abuse in any way the child has an amazingly spoiled life at my home. The wife has left twice before taking the baby and going to her mothers. This time she took the baby without any notice of where she is going or when she is coming back and there is no way to contact or find her. Legally what can he do to try to get his daughter back? We think she may be with her mother again but we dont know her new residence and the mothers boyfriend is now awaiting trial for domestic violence charges its very important we get the baby back
