I was charged with a felony h that was later brought to a felony i by the DA. i didn t accept the decision. a 15 day period ws given to us to make a final decision. in between that period does my lawyer has the right to discuss with the da to reconsider his decision and drop the charges to a misdeamenor charge given the fact that it is my fist offense.
