I would like to deliver for McDonald’s, or Burger King, and Taco Bell. There is not much to base it off of since no one has tried to deliver FOR them, so I need to know if it would be legal. I have got the runaround from pretty much everyone I know about this question. But I don’t want to walk into a legal trip.

People would call me and give me their order, I would pay for it, pick it up and deliver it.Then I would charge a small delivery fee, therefore not profiting off of the actual food but the delivery fee itself. Is that illegal? And if so, how would you know since no one else has done it?

If you google my name, this report comes up. The acusations are false. I requested that this person’s slanderous comments be removed. They state they will not remove the comments. They also state that they will not give the information of the comment writer. They say that they are protected by law. This person posted the same slanderous lies on another site called “complaint board”. I wrote an email to the board of this site and they removed the comments and wrote an email to google to remove this from the search engine, as I had requested be done. How can I get this off of the internet and can I sue the person/persons responsible? If so, how can I find a lawyer to handle my case?

The game goes by California as it’s legal state. The company that hosts the game is from China.

The game has TOS rules that say you cannot “sell” your game account.

They provide “live support” for players to contact about questions. A person talked to “live support” about people selling game accounts, and the persons reply was it is allowed but we will not compensate if anything happens, like lost items etc.

So say someone “sells” his high level player to another person and something happens to items.

What part is really right here? The TOS or the representative who said they can sell it if the game decides to delete the account or whatever from the TOS rules?

They said it was going to be shipped in August, then September, then October and now before December. They now claim it was manufactured in late September and that it is just waiting to be shipped. How long do we have to wait before just cancelling the order and trying to get our refund of our deposit? The store manager says he will not allow us to cancel the order, nor will he give us any kind of written confirmation from the manufacturer that the furniture was made and he will not give us contact information for the manufacturer. It has been over seven months now that they have had a very large deposit. We feel that we basically gave them an interest free loan and we are beginning to have doubts that we will ever see that furniture. What can we do?
