car repo’s

Is there any way to avoid a car repo. I am almost 1 month behind of course it is a pay here pay here lot any ideas

I would honestly park my car in a different location rather than outside of your home or apartment. When you go to work you may also want to consider parking the car someplace else rather than were you are employed. Repo companies are smart. They will wait for you to exit your place and watch were you go. They know you have the car the trick is finding a place to hide it. You may even consider switching cars with a friend until you are caught up on your payments.

In a legal sense there is nothing you can really do. I don’t think they will repo your car being a month behind because of the way the economy is right now however if you go 3-4 months out without payment consider alternative plans.

You other option is to consider going Bankrupt. I would check out the following site and go through the step by step instructions:
