I live in buchanan township in michigan. we are in a rent to own contract for a mobile home and they were replacing our carpet and discovered black mold through out our floor joists dry wall floor boards and drywall. we had health inspector here and he advised to vacate premiss and the finance company handling our contract will not relocate us! we have 3 kids living here! please help

What does your contract say? Are you buying directly from the finance company? How long have you lived in the mobile home? You may have some legal recourse, just not againt the finance company.
