MY SONS FRIEND WAS CAUGHT SHOPLIFTING AT A LOCAL STORE, $3.OO ITEM. SHE PAID FINE THAT WAS GIVEN JUST TO GET IT OVER WITH. NOW SHE RECEIVED A LETTER SAYING THAT SHE HAS TO PAY STORE ADDITIONAL $200 OR THEY WILL SUE IN CIVIL COURT. CAN THEY DO THIS AFTER SHE ALREADY PAID PENALTY FINE? […]
