My son had an accident back in 2005; the car was in my name. The Insurance company has come after me to pay them over 11 thousand in bodily injury. When I bought the Nissan Sentra and put insurance on it, Direct General made me think I had full coverage on the car; they never specified that it didn’t include bodily injury. Nationwide is still after me to pay them more than 14 thousand. Is there a time limit for them to keep on suing me for this case? Besides, I also paid SR-22 for three years and when I spoke to one of their lawyers, He told me I would have to pay an SR-22 Again, for three more years. I have a court date on Feb. 04 and I can’t afford an Attorney. Please help! Anticipated Thanks! Sandra
