I just read in the paper that Peter Angelos of asbestos fame is now taking out advertising for Arsenic Poisoning in the Baltimore Sun Newspaper. Swann Park is a small residential area between Middle River and the Patapsco river that is right beside an old Allied Chemical plant. Apparently this plant produced arsenic years ago. There have been traces of arsenic found in residents lawns. In any case, I have a friend that lives by and is wondering whether he should contact a lawyer specializing in this kind of liability case. He is not sure he wants to contact the law firm of Peter Angelos because he wants to deal with a smaller firm and a more close relationship with his attorney. Does anyone know a good product liability lawyer in the Baltimore area that specializes in Arsenic?

Arsenic poisoning in Baltimore, MD
5 Answer
Eat dirt? Are you kidding me? That state inspector should be fired immediately. How the hell would he know if the arsenic levels are safe or not? The cancer rate in that Baltimore neighborhood is through roof. It sounds like Baltimore and Maryland are trying to cover their a*s…
If anyone can get a good settlement out of this case, it’s Peter Angelos.
Peter Angelos is a horrible baseball owner but a pretty good Baltimore Attorney. He manages his baseball team the way he manages his law firm. He is crippling at times which is great for a personal injury firm. Maybe he should take his advertising money and sink it back into the Orioles. Than maybe just maybe he would have a decent ball club. As for Baltimore, Maryland covering their behind, I’m sure within a short few months we will know more about this situation.
Guys, this is all over the news in Baltimore. This is a huge problem. I’m sure you will see tons of attorneys all over Baltimore and Maryland advertising to get these cases. I’m wondering what is going to happen with this whole thing. The only thing I know about Angelos is he’s a horrible owner. Go Orioles!

I read about this story as well. I think the local government inspector said that the arsenic is at safe levels as long as “you don’t eat the dirt in your yard” How the hell would he know what is safe and not safe? It sounds like a huge cover up to me. In fact the Baltimore government knew about the arsenic contamination years ago and did nothing about it. I’m not sure if your friend should hire Peter Angelos or not. He/she can do a lawyer search and talk to a few plaintiff lawyers.
