alot of false accusations

We are Alaskan Natives that just moved into our 3 bedroom 6 plex apartment on September 13th, 2008. Our neighbors are all one same race. Right away i noticed and felt the neighbors looking at us with disgust. Theres me, my husband and 2 girls ages 14 and 3. In the past we never had problems with our rentals. We had clean records until we moved here. We got a notice on our door on October 16 saying loud noises and trying to break into another unit at 9:30pm. Which is not our doing. We are not sure how this happened. But i know thats the time i left to cut my sisters hair and locked my “own” door. Thats when i was startled by a man right outside the building when he said that he thought someone was trying to break in. Then i simply said that it was me locking my door. When i called our manager the next day after the notice, she was siding with the false accusations saying she doesn’t believe me because more than one tenant said these. I tried to tell her that i think it’s racial. Her tone got aggitated and said that they are not like that, that shes known them long enough. After this notice, i have noticed other tenants talking outside during the evenings. The next complaint we had was on October 30th which said kids screaming, police activity and breaking light bulbs in entry way. Which are all false. I know for sure that my daughter was doing her laundry responsibly that day before we got our notice, when she turned off the light in the laundry room it became “breaking light bulbs in the entry way”. In all our other rentals, we always had to turn off the ligths in the laundry room. Again i called the manager and she was still siding with the false accusation saying that more than one tenant was saying these and that she doesn’t believe me. I even told her that i think the other tenants meet and make all these false accusations that i think there needs to be some kind of investigation. She said it’s hard to believe coming from me. I really believe that they get together and do make plans to make these false outrageous complaints. Starting to think that our manager is included in this too. I feel so overwhelmed and don’t know where to turn. Please help, they are ruining our rental history status.
