I was charged with 4th degree assault on my husband, when he came to my house and provoked me, he had me arrested. Now he keeps calling me and driving by my house, we don’t live together we are separated, what can I do to keep him away????

You need to get a restraining order issued against your husband in order to help keep him away. Restraining orders are issued when an individual (in this case that is you) can show to the court that there has been violence, threat of violence, and/or stalking. In your description, it sounds as if there is stalking going on in an effort to intimidate you. If possible, try to document these incidents as they will strengthen your case. The relevant paperwork to file a restraining order can be found at your local courthouse
